Cases Dismissed/..;•Benjamin F.Gabhart today dismissed his suit for damages against Edward Heppner, which was filed sevv eral months ago. The costs in the* case were paid/: Elmer Bassett was the plaintiff's attorney and' Wray Campbell represented Mr. Heppner.The suit resulted, from an accident which ot mired in East Broadway near PlW street:last- fall—Hepphefc-ran Into Gabhart with , an automoblie while Gabhart was walking in the street with a push cart. Gabhart alleged'1 that no warning was sounded nnd that the machine was not lighted.The suit filed in the Shelby Circuit court by Jacob S. Nigh againBt Wiil-flam B. Weaver, complaint, on a note and for the foreclosure of a mortgage, was dismissed by the plaintiff and costs paid.
