Three Cauc,ht by a Clever Trick Play- Pned by Fish Commissioners WhoWere on Trail of Fish Shooters at St. Paul.(From Thursday's Dally.)While they were shooting flsh in Flat Rock river yesterday, near Dow-neyvIHe, Clifford Peck, of Shelbyvllle, Harry Hayes and Charles Meals, of Downeyvll I e, were arrested by Commissioners No who use and Phlllippt. One of the commissioners, dressed as a fisherman, carrying a pole and a net in his hand, came upon the men unawares and caught them In the act of shooting and gigging flsh. The young men were taken in buggtes to St Paul and were taken before Justice Finery, where they pleaded guilty to a. charge of shooting flsh and were fined $27 each. Peck Is a son of Samuel Peck, anti a brother of Olin Peck, of Shelbyville. Hayes Is owner of a stone quarry near Downeyvllle, and Meals is the son ?f a farmernear Powneyrille.o--
