Application has been made to the state board of control for the parole from the state industrial school at Waukesha of August Starkweather, John Thomas, Ernest Coss, Frank Schmidt and Emil Newton, the five lads sent there a year ago for depredations at cottages around Lake Mon dota. It is understood the parties whoso cottagos were injured have signed tlie petition, and that -the conduct of the hoys at the school has been lirst class.
