1Pleads Guilty*Win. 55itamere of whose arrest, on aicharge of forgery, mention was made in yesterday’s issue, was brought before Judge Marsh and entered a plea of j i* . -guilty.- He was bound over to the circuit court, bail being Cited at $550, which sum the prisoner was not able to procure and he is still in jail. Thompson was not r ady to enter bis plea, and on motion of the district attorney, ivs released on his own cognizance to aji- i pear on Thursday and make bis plea. Thompson ia a farmer, Pleasant Valley, and ia said ..to be in very comfortable • circumstances. It is thought he may not have much difficulty m establishing his irmooensa of the charge j on which he was arrested. A. son of Dell Moon-was arrested last nighty - on suspicion of complicity .With the forgery. He was arraigned this afternoon i* and.' entered'a plea of not guilty. The case was continued until next Thursday af- [ tampon. Bail waa fixed at $330, but • could not be furnished.
