Oliver A. Pollard yesterday in H u s t i ngs Court. Continuanceswere requested by the students’ attorney, Robert Cooley, because they are taking examinations.ar-5*Vral3]In the continuance reuesl Hie attorney promised Judge Pollard that the students would not participate in any demonstrations until after the case has been heard in his court. Assault charges are held against Roland Sherrod, Peabody High School student; Carole C, Johnson and Charles Hobson, both Virginia State College students. John Puryear, Alvis V. Adair and Vivian Tillman are charged with trespassing.
