StoneworkINDIANAPOLIS (AP) - An 82-year-old stoneworker? who admitted killing two brothers 17 years ago was denied parole Tuesday from the Indiana State Prison,The State Board of Corrections announced Everett Toon of Lawrence County would continue serving his term .of 2-21 years for manslaughter.Toon was convicted in 1944 of using a shotgun to kill Dennis and Jim Coleman during an argument in his home. He was paroled in 1951 but was returned to prison four years later for parole violation.
