I)al»‘ Peterson, who has been working fr»r his undo, Oscar N. Peterson on the Kaskey farm south of Aurelia, was brought to the Bates hospital for an emergency operation for jraaj'-r' iious appendieits last Saturday forenoon. His condition remains; serious at this time. His father, C. W. Peterson, of Lurrabee, and his aunt, Mrs. Loui Sagness of Cherokee, were called here for the operation.
