Although just finished yesterday the ceils and main part of the building have been completed for some time, and a nutuber of prisoners have been confined therein, It now being occupied by Sidney Peck and a McPhersoncounty prisoner, As completed the jail is the iluest and most substantial in the state, The latest Improvements and best material were used in Its construction, and It wiil prove a cage to even old Jail birds.
