He died from Follicular Stomatitis. Why be was not burled before 1 am unable to state The baby farm must be broken up, at least, as tar as importing Block into our city. Yet, it would have been better bad the child been buried and the cases investigated afterwards than to permit it to remain so long without inter* ring at this season of the year.Had the case been one of malignant scar, let fever, or any disease of so contagious a nature, it would have been negligence of duty on the part of some one. I called on Mr. Taerk, Overseer of Poor, for statement He informs me he is acting under instructions from resident Supervisor and has nothing to say. I have been unable to eeo the Supervisor. The baby was buried on the evening of the 11th day ot May in the City Cemetery. You find testimony as far as I could proceed in this case affixed.Respectfully submitted.H. h.
