Police, PaysHeavy Fines4{ Fines and costs totaling $172,50 were levied today in municipal.court against a Massillon man , who apparently went berserk last evening in a local restaurant-bar and again after his arrest.Gene Wazlavek, 29. of 1110 i Borden ave SW, pleaded guilty to three charges — resisting arrest, intoxication and assault and battery. Judge Emmett D. Gray-bill fined him $50 and costs of $7.50 on each count.| The police reports stated that a |call had been received shortly I after 7 p. m. Wednesday about trouble at the Venice spaghetti house In Duncan st SW. When Capt. John A. Mohr and Patrolman Frederick Kirkbride arrived they found Wazlavek outside with the owner of the Venice, Bay Todich, trying to quiet him.•j1fWAZLAVEK WAS told he was under arrest for intoxication andthat the police were going to place him in the cruiser.
