Patrolman Bentley Chapin, Bristol twp., police, arrested the defend-ant April 21 at Routes 13 and 413.Robert E. Martin. Bethlehem. RD 3, who pleaded guilty to driving after his operating privilege had been ! suspended and revoked, was sentenced by Judge Biester to pay a $50 fine and the costs of prosecution. A prison sentence of one year was suspended.State Policeman Paul S. Fehr. Quakertown sub-station, Penna. State Police, arrested the defend-ant. March 18 in Richland twp.Charles E. Powell, Penndel, who i pleaded guilty to assult and battery. was sentenced to pay a $50 fine and the costs of prosecution by Judge Biester. The defendant, jwho assaulted Elsie E.
