May a:William P. Van De Warker, Streator, was fined $250 and $10 court costs on an amended charge of “Reckless Driving/’ Ttie original charge, “Driving while under the influence of liquor,” was made by Wenona Police Chief George E. Crank in Wenona, December 30,1973. A second charge, “Illegal transportation of liquor,” was dismissed.Harold L, Sprague, Putnam, was fined $10 and $10 costs on a charge of “Disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle.” Henry Policeman Arnold Parker issued the ticket April 14 in Henry.
