Brennan will have from six to eight years to serve, and ha* been warned not to return to the county.Taken to Pittsburg.This morning Deputy Sheriff Chaplain, with Cosmer Stull and Roy Me-Cloekey as deputies, took Howard, Brennan and Burley Beeman to the western penitentiary. Beeman Is one of the three men who wree concerned in the robbery of the Wlnburne store.This morning Sheriff McCloskey re turned from Elmira, New York, whence he bad gone to get Ferry Beeman, the third man connected with the Sommerville store at Wln-liume. Beeman had been arrested I New York state on the charge of -carrying concealed deadly weapons, and It was necessary for the sheriff to get from the governor of Pennsylvania requisition papers to bringBee-man here.
