“Irish Tommy” Condon, awaiting trial at Dupree for murder, who has previously twice broke jail, only to be recaptured, wa* eaugbt a few day* ago in a third attempt. Sheriff Milton found a key in process of manufacture in Condon's cell, by which he hop ed to open his sell door, while other prisoners in the jail were found to have keys with which they could open the outside door and thus effect the escape of all concerned in the plot.
