Shoplifter Has $800 HaulA36-year-oId Sheboygan man who was apprehended shoplifting * at a Manitowoc super market is being held in Manitowoc County Jail after police discovered about $800 worth or meat allegedly stolen in shoplifting capers in other Fox River Valley communities in his auto.According to Capt. RobertSchmidt of the Manitowoc Police Dept., the man was nabbed by employes of StangeFs Super Valu, 1920 S. 10th St., at approximately 10 p.m. and turned over to police.A check of the man’s car trunk led to the discovery of the $800 worth of meat, Schmidt said. The case will be turned over to the district attorney fordisDositinn.
