P.)—After four hours’ deliberation a Jury late Thursday found Henry Sweet, Negro, not guilty of a charge of murder in connection with the slaving of Leon E. Breiner, last September. The trial was the second growing out of or race disturbance In the eastern part of the city when Breiner was wounded fatally when volleys were shot from a house occupied by Osslan H. Sweet. Negro doctor.Osslan Sweet was tried recently on a charge of murder and the hearing was declared a mistrial after the Jury had disagreed. The doctor's brother. Henry, was then tried on the same charge. Ossian Sweet’s wife and eight other Negroes were arrested at the time of the shooting. Robert M.
