Robinson was reported missing March 17, pleaded innocent Wednesday to a charge of first-degree murder in his dismemberment slaying.Mrs. Landers, 40, was arrested last Friday at an Indianapolis cocktail lounge where she was employed as a waitress.The arrest was made after Indiana State Police identified a man’s head found along White River in Morgan County as that of her former husband.The head was the third body portion found in central Indiana within the last two months.Mrs. Landers entered her plea of not guilty before Judge John T. Davis in Marion County Criminal Court, Division 1.Her attorney, James A. Neelof Indianapolis, asked Judge Davis to grant a 30-day extension of the 10-day time limit for filing for a change of venue.Davis made no ruling. Robinson, 36, was last reported seen March 13 with Mrs. Landers.The first of the three bodyportions, from the waist to the knees, was found three days later by motorists along a highway near Columbus.The second portion, a shoulder and rib cage, was found April 4 by fishermen on the bank of White Lick Creek nearMooresville. The head, with twobullet wounds behind the leftear, was found by fishermenunder a bridge over White River near Waverly May 1.The rest of the body has notbeen found.
