GREENCASTLE, IND., MAY 13. 1899.Held Blameless.The Coroner has investigated the killing of Joe Albright, formerly of this county, by Jesse Sutherland, at Danville, Ills., and has returned a verdict in which he holds that Sutherland acted in self defence, and is without blame in the matter.Damaged 85,000.William R. Grubb has brought a suit for damages against Isaac Brat-tin, alleging in his complaint, that!* w . I I lt;t \A War Charger.On Tuesday one of the soldiers of the Ninth U. S. Infantry arrived here from Madison Barracks, Sackett’s Harbor New York, bringing with him Major Jesse M. Lee’s horse; the animal is to be placed on the Major’s tarm, in Jefferson township, while he is serving with his regiment in the Philipines. The horse is a good one, and carried Major Lee through the campaign in Cuba.
