Montgomery, 42-year-old aircraft worker, was booked tonight on suspicion of murder in connection with the May 2 'golden butterfly slaying o! his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Montgomery, 36.Sheriff's inspector Norris Stens-land said a formal murder complaint would be sought from the district attorney’s office tomorrow.Stensland disclosed that Mont-[ gomery has been in custody since Friday. The officer said the decision to proceed against the husband was based on new evidence, part of which was volunteered by the Montgomery daughters, May-cille, 15, and Mrs. Roselle Junes, IS.Mrs. Montgomery's body, mutilated and the clothes ripped from it, was Found under a tree in a vacant lot just north of the suburb of Watts the morning of May 3. (INS) The San Francisco and Oakland units of the CIO American Communications Association, charging the telephone strike has been broken both nationally and locally, voted today io return to work tomorrow morning.Other northern California units of the union, which includes some 32,000 members, mainly operators, also were voting today and it was expected they would follow the lead of the San Francisco and Oakland units.
