—Mrs.Fanny Eiainan was in ’Squire Edmond’s court today on a charge of threat ening to commit a public offense in assault upon Mrs. Edwina Duprez. Both belligerents live in the same house, on South Fourth street, and do not appear to be in accord with each other in the common affairs of life to a very neighborly extent. Mrs. Eisman gave bond to appear for trial on Wednesday afternoon of this week.
