In Check CaseNo charge has been filed against Leroy Raymond Willey, 40, of Santa Clara in connection with four bad checks pending further investigation, the district attorney’s office said yesterday.The former Petaluma resident had been bound over to Marin Superior Court on a charge of passing the checks in Mill Valley in December as well as car theft.He pleaded innocent Monday to the theft of a car from Annex Motors in San Rafael March 19 and a jury trial was set for the week of Mav 30.QUICK HELPTHROUGH HYPNOSIS
