• ISuperior Court Sets Murder Trial DateThe murder trial of Stephen Robertson, 20, of 551 Walcott Ave., Middletown, charged with shooting two sailors to death in the Quality Lunch on Broadway last year, will begin here June 4 in Superior Court.Judge Christopher DelSeslo, who will preside at the trial, set the date yesterday after conferring with Robertson’s attorney, William W. Corcoran, and James S. O’Brien, assistantattorney general who will be Ihe prosecutor.Robertson w a s charged with murdering James D. Cook, 20. of Port Arthur, Tex,, and Russell A. Schilling, '23, of Newport, Wash., with a high-powered rifle in the restaurant last Oct. 6..Robertson ■ pleaded innocent and innocent by reasn of insanity when arraigned in Superior Court March 25. At that time, Judge Arthur A. Carrellas ordered psychiatric tests for Robertson.
