PAY $100 AND COSTS EACHOsmund Barret and Cus Bergstol Pay That Much in Biackmer’s Court For Operating a St.’li.The two Emmons men, Cwis Bergstol and Osmund Barrett, who were arrested by Officers Peter Posse and Deputy Sheriff Jenson, charged with ope rat'ng a still in an abandoned farm hou e located in the timber, just south of Upper Twin Lakes, were arraigned in Judge Blackmer's court Tuesday morning.The men plead guilty to the charge and were fined $100 and costs each, making a total of $214.
