All sizes; all kinds, and very cheap.•Two years ago 'William Shireman,while going home on the Warsaw road,attempted to cross the Wabash railwayin front of a frieght train going south, and the result was a collision, which resulted disastrously to Mr. Shireman, his wagon and tearig. The wagon was demolished, one horse instantly killed and Shireman* so badly injured that he died about eight hours afterward. An action was brought by the widow in the Pulton Circuit Court for $5,000 damages. The suit did not come up for trial until last Monday. The prosecution failed* toimake a case and the j ury returned a verdict for the defense. An effort was made on the part of the prosecution to prove the locomotive engineer did not sound the alarm for the crossing and. that the train was running at a rate of speed not allowed by law. The facts are that the■fdeceased heard the train coming and whipped up his old team for the purpose of crossing in advance of the locomotive, but as usual in such cases, the train got4there sooner than was expected and a collision was inevitable.Picturer Frames at Curg Rannells\ Look at them.
