A Grand Jury indicted him on two counts of murder in the first degree.Tw'o months later he pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of second degree murder and was sentenced to 40 years inprison.The County Board has 20 days In which to file an answer to the comolaint, wh’ch was served late Friday. They might meet Tuesday afternoon to decide.
