(Special)—It was reported here last week, that Reece Goose” Tatum, the sany basketball star, recently purchased the Detroit Stars, abase ball team competing in the Negro American League.Tatum has secured the Detroit franchise in the NAL from Ted Basherry for the reported sum of $15,000.Tatum said he would change the name of the Detroit Stars to Detroit Clowns.
