Suit for divorce was filed by her attorneys, Sullivan and Booth, today.She is now on the inferior court docket on a charge of bigamy, the allegation being she married Or-den L. Ingersool while the wife Pierce. Judge Tisdale J. Touart continued the case until the con-and allowed Mrs. pierce to sign her own bond.Mrs. Pierce pleaded when arrested, that she did not know she was not allowed to marry again.In her petition for divorce from Pierce she asserts they were married in the summer of 1931 and separated from him the first partof 1832. ■The petition charges that thehusband has threatenedshe fears actual tended with danger to her life and health.”r
