I Innocent Plea To Grand TheftLeroy Raymond Willey, 40, of Santa Clara pleaded innocent yesterday in Marin Superior 1 Court to charges of car theft- and grand theft of a vehicle, f Trial was set for the week of- May 30.f The former Petaluma resident is charged with stealing a car from Annex Motors in San Rafael March 19.. Willey also faces charges in superior court of passing four bad checks in Mill Valley in r December.
