Simms and W. H. Beckham.If found guilty on the conspiracy charges each liquor dealer is subject to loss of licenses, suspension of licenses, or of fines up to S1,0GQ against each license.Meiklejohn is expected to make a decision once the briefs are filed by opposing attorneys.
