Bubble Gum Market Deflated by PoliceSAN DIEGO, May 8 (UP)—A black market in bubble gum created by San Diego grammar school children was exposed by police.Officers said the small fry had bought all the available bubble gum at retail prices, withheld it from the market until it was very scarce, and then sold it for as much as 50 cents a package.
