Damage Case upcns. j- IHartford City, May 0.—Trial ofj the suit of Wilbur Somerville, Of. Winchester, who asks $20,000 damages from Lee Briner, former j sheriff of Randolph county, was, begun in circuit court here yes-! terday. Somerville alleges he was wounded by a deputy sheriff who eroneously believed him to he afugitive.
