The Merwln Case.The Selectmen say that the MerwicCarey caselooks stronger in favor of the girl now than it ever aid, and are positive it will be tried in September. Theuve ii will De inea m oepiemoer. iney allege that as for the case being settled, so far as a trial is concerned, is not so, and that stronger evidence on the girl's part keeps coming up every day. Minnie Carey, who was sick at the time the trial was about to come off, is now much better and is also anxious to have it tried.
