Robinson against allow-ing unlocked cars to stand out with the switch keys m them.Mansfield motorists should he especially careful about locking their cars at night, for an unlocked car with the key in it is an invitation for an escaped reformatory inmate to take it and leave the county,” the sheriff said.Captured in Loudonville about 2:30 a. m. today by Patrolman Rhinehold Schnittke of Loudonville, Paul Kasnepeich, 21 was returned to the reformatory by guards.The youth jfled last night in a car owned by H. K. Davies, Bahl avenue. East Mansfield, the sheriff said. Mrs. Davies told officers she had left the car in front of their home and neglected to remove the keys. ,Kasnepeich. serving a one-to-20-year term for auto theft in Mahoning county, was apprehendedwhen a'Loudonville filling station operator recognized the car as matching the description he had heard broadcast by Mansfield police. The filling station attendant called Patrolman Schnittke after thinking of an excuse to hold the car at the station. The automobile was returned to 1hc owner by Sheriff Robinson and Deputy C. C.
