Six Months and $50 Fine.Mrs. Nannie Shiltle11 Flemingwas tried and convicted Saturday before Mayor Roller on the charge of keeping a disorderly house on Johnson street. The woruan was given six months in jail and a line of $50 and costs, amounting to a total of $60.30.The trial was held in the absence of the accused, who had been released on her own recognizance and failed to put in an appearance at the hearing. It is understood the accused has left town. She will begin serving her term the first time the police catch her withinthe corporate limits.
