()ne ( ase DismissedA two-week session of Wilson County Superior Court was wrapped up Wednesday morning with the completion of hearings for a man charged with robbery and two other defendants charged with a variety of offenses Tuesday, Judge James D Llewellyn, after hearing testimony in a false pretense case, dismissed the case after presentation of the state’s evidence.Results from all four hearings follow:James Edward Carter, Rocky Mount, false pretense, dismissed; Kenneth Rav Barnes, 1207 S.WTarboro St.. common lawrobbery, dismissed, possession of methaqualone and marijuana, six months to run concurrently with any sentence he is now serving;Milton Ray Denton. Toisnot Trailer Park, three counts breaking, entering and larceny, one count attempted breaking and entering, no more or less than five years, restitution ordered as a condition of work release;Russell Keith Barnes, Rocky Mount, injury to personal and real property, misdemeanor breaking and entering, domestic criminal trespassing, six months, credit for 105 days already served.
