FAIL TO SHOW FOR HEARINGThree Middletown Men Nabbed As Loiterers Signet} Own BondsThree men arrested here Mon day, while false rumors were circu la ted about the city that bank rob bers and kidnapers had been cap turcd by police, have JalJed to pu in their appearance in municipa court, It was disclosed today.Each is charged with loitering and was released under bond ol $100 signed by himself.They are; Charles .Statin, 32, of1821 clariden road; Andrew Snow, 24, of 1600 Yankee road, and Conley Newkirk, 25, of 1748 Central avenue, all of Middletown.The men failed to appear in court Tuesday morning, search in Middletown, Tuesday afternoon, resulted in reports to police officers that the trio had left the city.
