OF MULICIOUS KILLING OF HORSES AT LINCOLNCharged in information filed by County Attorney George W. Pad-bury, Jr., in the district court, with the malicious billing of horses near Lincoln. F. P. Lcinard was arrested yesterday by Sheriff Jim Bornes and Deputy William Bossier, and is now in the county jail pending further action in the proceedings The complainant is Paul M. Did-rikscn, a merchant at Lincoln. More than a dozen horses of various ownerships have been killed by Leinard, it was said.Leinard came to Lincoln last fall it was said. He is leasing land belonging to the Lincoln Land and Livestock company near Lincoln, on which he is running a considerable number of sheep.No explanation ha hern given by Leinard for his unusual action in killing off horses, it was said.
