FATHER ANtrSOtrPLEAD GUILTY TO MAIL FRAUDKansas City, Mo.. May 7—-John Barrett and his son, Kyrle Barrett, ! who were indicted hero last week by a! federal grand jury on a charge of using the mails to defraud, pleaded guilty yesterday before Judge Arba S. van Yalkenburgh of the federal court. j The older Barrett received a two-year j sentence in the penitentiary and his son was sentenced to servo two months in jail.Franklin W. Barrett, another son, was arraigned but pleaded not guilty. A stock selling project, which, it was alleged, was fraudulently conducted by the Barretts, is said to have been conducted on a largo 'scale in many large Cities of the United States. John B. Armstrong, who was arraigmed on a similar charge, pleaded guilty and received a two-year penitentiary sentence-
