'8t-IeititDShot a Ball.Charley Marr was arrested on complaint of D. C. Funk on Monday for shooting a bull belonging to Funk. The animal waa not seriously hurt. Bird shot were used—the usual ammunition In such cases.Mr. Marr denied the shooting bat the evidence seemed to prove the charge. The case was tried before Justice Colli na yesterday and Mr. Marr was fined $30 and costs.County Attorney Tincher prosecuted. Mr. Marr conducted his own defense.
