Thurmond completed his summation.The case opened in Sanderson Wednesday after being transferred from Val Verde County when examination of more than 200 men failed to yield more than four jurors at the March term of court.During the course of the trial. Mrs. Lola Parker;, wife of the accused. testified in her husband’s behalf.Henry Senne was shot to death on the morning of February 27 in his home, 405 West Second Street.Many Del Rioans were called to Sanderson to testify, some as character witnesses and others as expert testimony witnesses.Parker was defended by Will Morrlss of San Apton\o and his son, Will Morrlss.
