Then joslin drove through a service station turned around and back to the scene of the accident. He failed to stop however and sped out of town eastward. A witness George Slater 0f Storm Lake who had followed Joslin and told him to return to the accident gave chase but was unable to catch Uie car. He returned to Ogden and reported the accident jurgenaon was taken Into custody by authorities.
