•JUSTICE DKMCtUR.Three colored youths named GeorgeHouse, Win. Nalau and Grant Burgesswere arraigned before Justice Denehie tills morning on a charge of “unlawfully pursuing a certain bird across the lands and across the cornar ot Sixteenth streetand Hillman street In Vigo county withintent then and there to destroy the sameto wit: a turtle dove.’*The complaint was made by Henry M. Hawley. The boys pleaded “not guilty” and their attorney asked for a continuance.
