The party was brought here from Monroe county last night. Plea of guilty. Fine and costs $17.State vs. Taylor Graham, assault hud battery, dismissed on ground of previous trial and conviction beiore a magistrate.State vs. Warrick Demar, cutting George Taylor. Plea of guilty. Fine and costs $15 30.State vs. George Parsons, drawing a deadly weapon, continued.
