Manning St., Hillsdale, and one operated by Robert Sowle, 44, 760 E. Bacon Hoad, Hillsdale, were involved in a collision.Both were southbound whenSowle attempted a left turn, thetroopers reported, and Sowle was charged with having defective equipment-turn and brake lights.
