State Police Charge TwoTwo persons were cited by •State Police of the Jonesville Post in connection with vehicular accidents on Friday.READING— The Heading High School Hand, under the direction of Clifford Nicks, received a first division rating at the State Hand and Orchestra Festival held in lansing.The 73 piece band performed the concert march “Coat of Arms” by Kenny, the required number “Aria and Fugue” arranged by Osterling, and “Over-At 8:30 a.m. James Lee Snyder, 18, of 203 North St., Pitts-ford, hit a parked vehicle owned by Tom Nolan, 995 Railroad St., Pittsford, on Main Street in Waldron, the report indicated.Southbound at 20 miles per hour, Sqyder struck the left rearof the parked vehicle and continued on, but returned within a few minutes and identified himself to Nolan, the report stated.■Snyder was charged with careless driving.At 1:30 p.m. on M-99 at Squaw-field Hoad a car driven by Arthur Emil Heard, 62, 220N. Manning St., Hillsdale, and one operated by Robert Sowle, 44, 760 E. Bacon Hoad, Hillsdale, were involved in a collision.Both were southbound whenSowle attempted a left turn, thetroopers reported, and Sowle was charged with having defective equipment-turn and brake lights.
