making all to pi*cc«.”Killed In Coart.K\ox vii j-e, May S.—A special to The Tribune from Tazwell, Tenn., says Grant Doore, a tough character, was a defendant in a trial before Justice Mayes in the Fourteenth civil district of this (Claiborne) county Wednesday evening. Bill Carroll wag witness and Doore charged him with swearing to a lie. A quarrel ensued in which Doore shot Carroll, who died from the effects of the wouad.
