Mr. Armstrong was called into the Court room, and witness positively Identified turn as the man ho saw utktns to Dr. Garrison, on Eleventh street. To Coi. Arnett he said:••When 1 first*saw them the two men. Mr. Armstrong and Dr. Garrison, were not over six feet apart.
