The facts were these: Defendant rents a room from a man named Hoyt, and getting drunk last night he got quarrelsome. He tried to burst open the door of the house two or three times with a rock, and was then arrested by the police.Lula Rivers, Jennie Grant and Sarah Brown all pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and prostitution and were fined $5 in each case.G. W. Wyman, for obstruction by moving three safes on the sidewalk from Alamo plaza to Dullnig block, was lined $5.R. I).
