Anheir, charged with cutting with in-ten t to MU, the argivment was closed Yesterday afternoon at live o'clock, and after the charge from the Judge, the ease was given to: the. jury,. It is not probable that a verdict will be reached, in'thie case until sometime today.;. In. the above case, both the prosecution and defense was carried on in an- able manner.'
