There’s a reason why I’m here. God blessed me,” he said.Bradford was the last name called for the award and the one, according to Glenn, who received the most nominations.“I’m real honored to get it. I listened to all the other folks that received something and I wonder why I was chosen for it,” Bradford said.Bradford is the union president at the Allen Correctional Institution and the assistant chief at Perry Township Police Department.Glenn said if someone would like to nominate a hard worker that they know, he accepts nomination letters by mail.\
