KALIDAMADD honors top cops at banquetMothers Against Drank Driving of Allen and Putnam counties honored police officers Monday at their annual Top ,Cop Banquet. The event is to celebrate officers who understand the importance of removing drunken drivers from area roadways.This year’s honorees were: Deputy William Joseph of the Allen County Sheriffs Office; Patrolman Lonny Kent of the Bluffton Police Department; Chief Charles Huff of the Columbus Grove Police Department; Patrolman Janice E. Thatcher of the Delphos Police Department; Sgt. Jeremy1 Hollis of the Elida Police Department; Patrolman Chad Burton of the Fort Shawnee Police Department; officer Troy Weeks of the Kalida Police Department; Sgt. Jason Potteiger of the Leipsie Police Department; Patrolman Curtis L, Hile of the Lima Police Department; Trooper Rustun Schack of the Ohio State Highway Patrol;Jim Gulker of the Ottawa Police Department; Patrolman Eric Rayle of the Pandora Police Department; Patrolman Toby Watson of the Peny Township Police Department; Deputy Mark Brecht of the Putnam County Sheriffs Office; and Patrolman Robert A.
